'The Babylon City' is located on the west bank of river Turag adjacent to Mohammadpur Embankment Road. It remains within the area of newly proposed 'Dhaka Mohanagar Expansion Plan' by RAJUK, which would also be facilitated with the new 'Dhaka Flood Protection Dam'. The site is only 3-4 km away from the central point of Dhaka.
